[subject] + [verb] + 不 + [verb] + [object]? [subject] + [adjective] + 不 + [adjective]?
With 有: [subject] + 有没有 + [noun]?
Repeating a verb around 不 asks a yes/no question without 吗.
The two forms are interchangeable in most conversation. 你去吗 and 你去不去 both ask the same thing; the A-not-A version sounds slightly more direct and is common when the speaker wants a decision.
Splitting them – nǐ你hē chá喝茶bù不hē喝 – is possible in casual speech but not the pattern to learn first.
有 never takes 不, so the A-not-A form is 有没有.
With a word like 喜欢 or 知道, the first half alone can carry the affirmative: 喜不喜欢, 知不知道. The full 喜欢不喜欢 is also correct.
