[A] + 跟 + [B] + 一样 [A] + 跟 + [B] + 一样 + [adjective] [A] + 跟 + [B] + 不一样
跟…一样 says two things are the same. 和 can replace 跟 with no change in meaning.
An adjective after 一样 says what they are equal in.
There is no 很 here, the same as in a 比 sentence. tā他gēn跟wǒ我yī yàng一样hěn很Gāo高 is wrong.
不一样 for "different", 不 before 一样 rather than after.
To deny the degree specifically, 不 goes on 跟: 我跟他不一样高.
Both halves have to be the same kind of thing. wǒ我de的shǒu jī手机gēn跟nǐ你yī yàng一样 compares a phone to a person; it needs 你的.
As a modifier before a noun it needs 的: 一样的衣服.
