[subject] + 会 + [verb] + [object] [subject] + 不会 + [verb]
会 is the "can" of a skill you learned. Driving, swimming, cooking, speaking a language – anything that had to be picked up.
会游泳 means you know how to swim. Whether you can swim right now, with a broken arm or no pool nearby, is a question for 能.
不会, never 没会.
不会 also means "I don't know how", which is the ordinary way to say you cannot do something you were never taught.
Because 会 is about a skill, it takes 很 and 一点儿 the way an adjective does.
A second use, unrelated to skill: 会 predicts.
