[A] + 没有 + [B] + [adjective] [A] + 没有 + [B] + 那么 / 这么 + [adjective]
没有 between two things says the first falls short of the second. It is the negative that 比 does not have.
Adding 那么 or 这么 before the adjective sets B as the standard being fallen short of. The meaning is the same; the sentence is clearer.
那么 points at something distant or already mentioned, 这么 at something present.
没有 reverses the comparison: A is less. 不比 only denies it, leaving them possibly equal.
No 很 and no 太, as in every comparison. wǒ我méi yǒu没有tā他hěn很Gāo高 is wrong.
