[subject] + 没 + 把 + [object] + [verb] + [complement]
[subject] + 别 / 不 + 把 + [object] + [verb] + [complement]
[subject] + 要 / 想 / 能 / 应该 + 把 + [object] + [verb] + [complement]
A 把 sentence is negated by putting 没, 不 or 别 in front of 把. Modal verbs such as 要, 想, 能 and 应该 go in the same place.
Something that didn't happen has no completion to mark, so the 了 goes.
别把 is the negative 把 you hear most in speech. A 了 at the end turns it into a warning about something that could happen by accident.
不把 says what someone doesn't do as a rule, or won't do.
Adverbs like 已经, 都 and 还 go in front of 把 too.
