反正 + [clause]
[subject] + 反正 + [verb phrase]
不管 / 无论 + [clause],反正 + [clause]
反正 says a conclusion holds no matter what. It goes at the start of a clause or after the subject, and it is spoken.
不管 or 无论 in the first clause names the circumstances that don't matter; 反正 brings in the part that doesn't change.
反正 also brings in a reason that makes a decision easy: since this is so anyway, you might as well.
English "anyway" also moves a conversation on. 反正 can't do that; use 好了 or 对了.
