[subject] + 干脆 + [verb phrase]
[clause],干脆 + [verb phrase] + 吧
[subject] + [verb] + 得 + 很干脆
干脆 as an adverb goes before the verb and announces a decisive step that ends a messy situation. The first clause gives the trouble; the 干脆 clause gives the clean solution. 吧 often closes a suggestion.
The decision is often more drastic than the obvious fix: not repair but replace, not wait but leave.
干脆 also describes a person or a way of doing things: straightforward, no dithering.
English "just" can also mean "only" or "merely". That is 只是 or 就, not 干脆.
