[topic] + 可(以)分为 + [number] + 类 / 种 / 个部分 + :+ [list]
[topic] + 分为 + [noun] + 和 + [noun]
把 + [topic] + 分为 + [number] + [measure word]
可分为 introduces a classification: the topic first, then the parts it splits into. After 分为 comes either the number of types with a measure word, often followed by a colon and the list, or the types themselves.
The measure word after the number is usually 类 or 种 for kinds, and 个部分 for parts of a whole. When the list comes first, the number and measure word close the phrase: 分为初赛和决赛两个阶段.
可 adds "can be": the writer is offering one way of sorting the topic. A division that is simply a fact – a book's chapters, a competition's rounds – takes plain 分为.
With 把, the person doing the dividing becomes the subject.
分成 means the same and is the spoken form: 把蛋糕分成四块.
The number needs a measure word, and 为 and 成 do the same job, so only one of them goes in.
