[subject] + 哪有 + [noun]
[subject] + 哪有 + 那么 / 这么 + [adjective]
哪有 + [clause]
哪有!
哪有 is a denial phrased as a question, and it belongs to casual speech. Literally "where is there", it says that the thing doesn't exist or the claim isn't true.
Before 那么 or 这么 and an adjective, 哪有 pushes back on how someone has described you or something else.
Before a whole clause, it rejects the way someone is acting: no one does it like that.
Alone, 哪有 or 哪有啊 brushes off a compliment or an accusation: "not at all", "I did not".
哪儿有 can also be a plain question about place: 哪儿有银行? asks where there's a bank. Context tells them apart: the denial answers something someone just said.
A rhetorical 哪有 already answers itself, so it takes no 吗.
