所有 + (的) + [noun] + 都 + [verb phrase]
整个 + [noun]
全部 + (的) + [noun]
[noun] + 全部 + [verb phrase]
所有, 整个 and 全部 all translate as "all" or "whole", but they divide things differently. 所有 counts the members of a group; 整个 takes one thing whole; 全部 is the entire amount, however it's made up.
所有 goes before a noun, with or without 的, and the sentence usually has 都 before the verb.
整个 goes before a single thing – a day, a city, a room – and covers all of it. It can't count separate members.
全部 can go before a noun like 所有, and it can also follow the noun as an adverb, which 所有 can't. On its own it means "all of it".
全 alone before a noun or verb is a shorter "whole, entirely": 全家 "the whole family", 全对 "all correct".
