[subject] + 稍微 + [adjective] + 一点儿 / 一些
[subject] + 稍微 + [verb] + 一下 / 一点儿
[subject] + 稍微 + 有点儿 + [adjective]
稍微 goes before a verb or an adjective and keeps the amount small: "slightly", "a little". It doesn't work alone. The verb or adjective after it takes a small-amount word such as 一点儿, 一些 or 一下.
Before a verb with 一下, 稍微 makes a request sound small and easy, which makes it polite.
稍微 + adjective + 一点儿 also makes a small comparison, alone or with 比.
For a mild complaint about something, the frame is 稍微有点儿 + adjective.
