[subject] + 一点儿 + 也 / 都 + 不 + [adjective / verb]
[subject] + 一点儿 + 也 / 都 + 没 + [verb]
[subject] + 一点儿 + [noun] + 也 / 都 + 没 + [verb]
一点儿也不 turns "not" into "not at all". The order is fixed: 一点儿, then 也 or 都, then 不 or 没, then the adjective or verb. 也 and 都 mean the same here.
不 goes with adjectives and with what someone wants, likes or usually does. 没 goes with something that didn't happen.
A noun goes between 一点儿 and 也: "not a bit of anything".
The whole phrase sits before the verb or adjective. English puts "at all" at the end; this pattern doesn't.
不太 is "not very", a soft no. 一点儿也不 is a flat no.
