[subject] + 又 + [adjective] + 又 + [adjective]
[subject] + 又 + [verb phrase] + 又 + [verb phrase]
又…又… puts two qualities or two actions side by side: "both … and …". Each one takes its own 又, and both go after the subject.
The adjectives stand bare, with no 很 in front. 又 already does the work 很 does in a plain sentence.
The two qualities point the same way: two things you like, or two complaints. A good point and a bad one need 虽然…但是 or 可是.
Two verb phrases with 又 are things done together or at once.
After 得, 又…又… describes how something is done.
既…又… is the formal version of the same frame.
