[subject] + 再也 + 不 + [verb phrase] + 了
[subject] + 再也 + 没 + [verb phrase] + (过)
再也 before a negative means "never again". 再也不 looks forward: from now on, it won't happen. It usually ends in 了, since a change has just been decided.
再也没 tells a story: after some point in the past, the thing never happened again. A time clause often sets that point, and 过 can follow the verb.
The choice follows the usual line between 不 and 没: 不 for what you will or won't do, 没 for what did or didn't happen.
再也 stays together, right before 不 or 没.
不再 also exists and means "no longer". It is flatter and more written; 再也不 carries feeling, often a promise or a complaint.
