[subject] + 足足 + [verb] + (了) + [number] + [measure word]
[subject] + 足足 + 有 + [number] + [measure word] (+ [adjective])
[subject] + [verb] + 了 + 足足 + [number] + [measure word]
足足 stresses that an amount is big – bigger than expected, or bigger than it should be. It needs a number to work on, and goes either before the verb or straight before the number.
For a size, weight or distance, 足足 + 有 + number gives "a good…, all of…". The adjective can follow the measure.
整整 also means "a whole", and stresses that the amount is complete – no more, no less. 足足 stresses that it is large and often carries surprise or complaint.
足足 only fits an amount the speaker finds big. It cannot go with 只, 才 or 不到, and it cannot stand before an adjective without a number.
