[subject] + 呈现(出) + [noun]
[subject] + 呈现(出) + [adjective] + 的 + 特点 / 趋势 / 局面 / 景象
[subject] + 以 + [noun] + 的形式呈现
呈现 says that a situation, a place or a set of data shows a certain state or feature. Its object is an abstract noun – 特点, 趋势, 局面, 景象, 面貌 – usually with a description joined on by 的. 出 after it is optional and adds a sense of something coming into view.
It is written: reports, essays, descriptions of scenery. In speech 有 or 显得 covers the same ground.
With data it takes a pattern or a trend. The short form 呈 + 上升 / 下降趋势 has its own point.
呈现 also means putting something in front of viewers or readers: a film presents a life, a painting presents a scene. 以…的形式呈现 says what form it takes.
呈现 doesn't take an adjective straight after it, and it isn't for handing an object to someone to look at – that is 给…看, or formally 出示.
