[subject] + 跟 / 像 + [noun] + 似的
[subject] + [verb] / [adjective] + 得 + 跟 + [noun] + 似的
[subject] + 好像 + [clause] + 似的
跟 + noun + 似的 means "like [noun]". The thing only looks or acts like the noun. It is spoken. In this word 似 is read shì: 似的.
The commonest frame puts the comparison after 得: verb or adjective + 得 + 跟…似的. A comparison can also go before a noun or a verb with 的 or 地.
好像 + clause + 似的 means "as if", describing how something seems.
像…一样 means the same "like", and is neutral; 跟…似的 is more spoken and often more vivid.
似的 is sometimes written 是的 by mistake, since it sounds the same. 似的 also needs its partner in front: 跟, 像 or 好像.
