随便 + [verb phrase]
随便 + (你 / 他)
随便 + [question word] + 都 + [verb phrase]
[subject] + [verb] + 得 + 很随便
随便 before a verb means doing it however you like, with no rules or plan. Hosts use it to put a guest at ease.
As a whole reply, 随便 means "anything's fine", or 随便你 "up to you". It can sound offhand: when someone has asked your preference, it leaves the work to them.
随便 + a question word, followed by 都, means "no matter which, any at all".
As an adjective, 随便 describes a person or a manner: informal, or not careful enough.
"Anything" in English sits after the verb. 随便 goes before it.
