[verb] + 就 + [verb](,[sentence])
[verb] + 了 + 就 + [verb] + 了
[adjective] + 就 + [adjective] + 吧
V就V accepts something and moves on: it's happened, or it's going to, and there's no point fussing. The next clause usually says what to do instead. It's spoken.
With an adjective or a verb still to happen, 吧 often follows.
Said back to someone who has pushed you, the same frame accepts the challenge, with an edge.
This sounds defiant, so it's not for a boss or a stranger.
Both sides are the same verb or adjective, and nothing sits between them except 就 (and 了 before it).
要V就V, "if you're going to, do it properly", and 想V就V, "do it whenever you like", are separate patterns.
