无论 + (是) + [A] + 还是 + [B],[subject] + 都 + [verb phrase]
无论 + [verb] + 不 + [verb],[subject] + 都 + [verb phrase]
无论…还是… lists two or more options and says the result doesn't change across them. The main clause follows with 都 or 也 before the verb. 是 after 无论 is optional and common when the options are nouns.
The second clause needs 都 or 也. Without it the sentence is missing its other half.
The options after 无论 are an open choice, the same kind 还是 offers in a question, so 还是 joins them. 或者 belongs to statements where either option will do.
The options can also be a verb and its negative, or a question word with an adjective. Both still need 都.
无论…都 with a question word is the wider pattern and has its own point; this one is about listing the options with 还是.
无论 is neutral to formal. In conversation 不管 takes its place, with the same 还是 and 都.
