现就…事宜【xiàn jiù … shìyí】

现就…事宜 is the sentence that turns a notice from its preamble to its content. 现 is "now", 就 is "concerning", and 事宜 is "the arrangements, the matters to be dealt with". The verb after it says what the notice does, and 如下 – "as follows" – hands over to a numbered list.

The slot between 就 and 事宜 takes a noun or a short verb phrase: 报名事宜, 搬迁事宜, 合作事宜, or just 有关事宜 when the preamble has already said what it is about.

事宜 is not "thing"

事宜 means arrangements that have to be handled, and it only appears in official writing. It takes no measure word and doesn't replace 事 or 事情.

Word order

The 就 phrase comes before the verb, like any prepositional phrase. Putting it at the end follows English order.
