まい～のように

The structure 毎～のように is used to express that something happens almost every or nearly every time period – not literally every single time, but so frequently that it feels that way. It combines まい毎 (every) with a time unit such as ひ日, しゅう週, つき月, or ねん年, followed by のように (as if, like).

Difference from 毎～ alone

While まいにち毎日 means every day (without exception), まいにち毎日のように means almost every day – it happens so often that it's as if it were every day. This softens the absoluteness of 毎～ and adds a sense of frequency that borders on always.
