だらけ goes straight after a noun and says something is full of it or covered in it: dust, mistakes, scratches. It works as a predicate with or , and takes to describe a noun.

The noun is something unwelcome, and the sentence complains about it. With something pleasant, だらけ says there is too much of it; for a plain "lots of", use or .

だらけ, まみれ and ずくめ
is narrower: a liquid or powder smeared all over a surface – blood, sweat, mud, oil. だらけ covers that too, and also things scattered over or through something: mistakes, holes, scratches, rubbish.
