にもほどがある

にもほどがある means "there's a limit to ~": someone has gone so far that the speaker has run out of patience. It goes straight after a noun or a な-adjective, with no な or だ, and after the dictionary form of a verb or an い-adjective.

The literal sense is "even ~ has a limit". It is always a complaint or a rebuke, aimed at the listener or at someone you are talking about. It often comes first, and the next sentence says what was too much.

The nouns it most often follows are しつれい失礼, じょうだん冗談, わがまま and むせきにん無責任.

With a good quality

Put on a good quality like やさしい優しい, it still complains: the kindness has gone so far that it hurts the person.
