たつもりはない

たつもりはない means "I don't see it as having done that": the speaker rejects a description of what they did, usually because it wasn't what they meant. It follows the た-form of a verb. The polite form is たつもりはありません.

It comes from たつもり, "believing you have done": かぎをかけた鍵をかけたつもりだった is "I thought I'd locked it". With はない, the speaker denies having done the thing as others see it, and often admits the effect in the next clause.

たつもりはない or るつもりはなかった

るつもりはなかった is about the plan beforehand: "I had no intention of doing it". たつもりはない is about how the speaker sees what they did now: "I don't consider that I did it". Both can answer "Why did you hurt me?", but only たつもりはない disputes that it was hurting.
