たて

たて commonly appears before の + noun to modify what was freshly done.

Neutral / descriptive usage

たて can also be used neutrally without a particularly positive nuance, simply indicating that something just happened.

Common mistake

たて is only used with verbs that produce a result or change of state. It is not typically used with verbs like みる見る or きく聞く because they don't produce a "fresh" result in the same way.
