[subject] + 把 + [object] + [verb] + [result complement] + 了
[subject] + 把 + [object] + [verb] + [direction complement]
[subject] + 把 + [object] + [verb] + 得 + [adjective]
[subject] + 把 + [object] + [verb] + [number] + 遍 / 次 / 下
The part after the verb in a 把 sentence says what became of the object. Most often it is a complement – a word after the verb that says how it turned out.
A result complement says what state the object is now in: 完 finished, 好 ready or done properly, 干净 clean, 错 wrong, 掉 gone, 坏 broken. 了 follows the complement.
A direction complement says where the object went. A place name sits between the direction word and 来 / 去.
得 + a comment rates how the action was done to the object.
A number with 遍 or 次, or 一下, also counts as something after the verb.
