どころではない

どころではない says the situation leaves no room for something: "this is no time for X", "X is out of the question". It follows a noun or a verb in the dictionary form, and the reason usually comes first, in a て-form or a で clause.

The circumstances rule X out, so it says more than a plain できない: X is not even worth thinking about right now. In conversation it is どころじゃない, and in polite speech どころではありません.

どころではない or どころか

どころか joins two clauses: "far from X, actually Y". どころではない ends the clause and rules X out because of the situation.

それどころじゃない

それどころじゃない is the everyday way to brush off what someone has just raised: "I've got bigger problems".

Far more than X

After a word for a degree, often an い-adjective, どころではない says the reality goes well past it: X is not the word for it.
