ないわけにはいかない

ないわけにはいかない means "can't not", "have no choice but to": circumstances, duty or what people expect make it impossible to skip something. It goes after the ない-form of a verb, and the speaker often would rather not.

The polite form is ないわけにはいきません.

ないわけにはいかない or わけにはいかない

With the dictionary form, わけにはいかない means "can't do": doing it would be wrong. The ない in front flips it to "can't not do".

ないわけにはいかない or なければならない

なければならない states an obligation. ないわけにはいかない says the situation leaves you no way out of it – a promise, your position, other people watching.
