何といっても【なんといっても】

何といっても singles out one thing as the most important or the best, whatever else might be said: "above all", "without a doubt", "when it comes down to it". It stands at the front of the sentence, or after the topic and は.

Word for word it is "whatever you say", 何と plus 言っても, so the point stands against any objection. It pairs naturally with いちばん一番, or with a word like みりょく魅力, "appeal".

It can also put forward one fact that outweighs what came before.

It works in casual and polite speech alike. 言う is usually written in kana here, though なん何といって言っても also appears.
